DINING IN CONRAD Algarve’s flagship Gusto restaurant is an unforgettable experience at the best of times, but for this special spring event, Heinz Beck has invited four of his international colleagues to join him in creating a superb dégustation menu, showcasing traditional Portuguese flavours, and using the finest, freshest seasonal local produce. The result will be a sensory experience to remember – taste, smell and touch will all be tantalised by the gourmet combinations.

The chefs joining Beck in his kitchen will be Chris and Jeff Galvin (2 Michelin Stars), Vincent Farges (1 Michelin Star) and Graham Hornigold (1 Michelin Star).

Each dish will be superbly paired with premium Portuguese wines selected by TASTE PORTUGAL’s award-winning sommelier António Lopes and his team.

The dégustation dinner starts at 19.00 with a cocktail reception, dinner following at 20.00. Tickets are 175€ per person including wine flight.
